After like 5 years of Maserati trying to be a “mainstream” luxury brand, and about 3 years of Alfa selling regular cars in Canada, my city of ~ 1.3 million people now has an Alfa/Maserati dealer. Previously, the only one in the entire province of Alberta, and the only one in Western Canada outside of British Columbia, was in Calgary, 300km south of where I live. It’s almost as if you need to have dealerships to sell cars.

I’m sorry this had to happen, hopefully it will pass quickly.

I’ve had a Maserati and Alfa dealer in my city since they started selling them here again, and I still see more Fiskers on a monthly basis.

Wait... there’s another Alberta Oppo member here? Cool!
I went to NAIT. Now living in Lethbridge, but I still have family up there.

Oof. I think the only bigger slap in the face would be seeing more Mitsuoka Orochi.

I’ve seen two (modern) Alfas. A 4C before the dealer opened, and a Stelvio after the dealer opened. That’s about it. I’ve seen more imported or pre them pulling out of Canada the first time cars.

“only one in Western Canada outside of British Columbia”
Saskatoon has both Maserati and Alfa Romeo.

If Saskatoon got one before Edmonton, that somehow makes it even worse.
